between each set did either 5 tire flips or 3 slam ball pickups and over the shoulder 30 kg (66 lbs). Time cap of 25 minutes (I did somewhere around 22 maybe)

  • 50 kettle bell swings (16 kg/35 lbs)
  • 40 KB squats
  • 30 push press (weight? 30kg ~ 66 lbs)
  • --------------SET 3--------------OPTION ABOVE
  • 50 wall balls (16 kg/13.2 lbs)
  • 40 box jumps (I did step ups)
  • 30 front rack lunges
